Exchange Policy

At FanciFlair, customer satisfaction is our top priority. That’s why we offer an easy exchange policy within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for an exchange, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all tags and labels attached.

Important Notes

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item from our side, we will cover the exchange shipping cost completely.
  • For all other exchanges, the customer will be responsible for the exchange shipping fee.
  • Items purchased on sale or with discounts are not eligible for exchange.
