Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding U.S. public holidays).
During peak seasons or promotional events, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times are:

United States: 7–10 Business Days
International Orders: 10–20 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, customs clearance, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges (if applicable) are displayed during checkout before payment.
Eligible products may qualify for Free Standard Shipping, as indicated on the product page.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to become active.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional shipping charges for reshipment.

Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages

If your shipment is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us at support@fanciflair.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

Your order number
Photos of the damaged product
Photos of the shipping package

Our support team will review your request and provide an appropriate resolution.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
